Consumer Terms and Conditions
Effective January 1, 2009
Terms:
Payment must be made by one of the following methods.
1. Credit Card: American Express®, Discover®, MasterCard® or Visa®
2. Cashier’s Check, Money Order or personal check sent before shipment.
3. C.O.D. by Cashier's Check or Money Order (Cash will not be accepted.)
Shipping Policy:
Orders will be shipped via UPS or common U.S. carrier.
Special shipping instructions, as supplied by the customer, will be followed and charged accordingly.
Shipping Options and Charges:
Standard = $7.00
2nd Day = $10.00
Next Day = $12.00
International Express = $34.00
Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico - Priority Mail = $6.00
Shipment Time Frame:
Orders placed by 12 noon CST will normally ship same day, pending credit approval and inventory status.
Website orders will ship the next business day, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
Warranty Information:
Limited Warranty: Brown Medical Industries warrants all products to be free of manufacturing defects. Each product is intended for use by a single patient.
Returned Goods Policy:
1) Please report and discrepancies or damage claims within 10 days of receipt of product.
2) Returns will be accepted up to 10 days from date of shipment. Due to the sanitary standards of medical products, any item that has been used may not be returned unless defective.
3) Prior to shipping the merchandise back to Brown Medical Industries, contact Brown Medical Industries for a returned goods authorization number. This authorization number must appear on all paperwork accompanying the shipment.
4) All returns, except for defective merchandise or errors in shipping by Brown Medical Industries, must be returned to Brown Medical Industries, freight prepaid.
5) Credit will be issued to your account upon receipt, inspection and acceptance of the product at Brown Medical Industries. Product that has been damaged or cannot be restocked will not be accepted.
